A specialty of the Lorraine region, in the East of France. The ideal climate of this region allows for the perfect maturation and sugar levels of the fruit. A large array of local specialties use it : liqueurs, pies, jams, ...

The little yellow and delicate Mirabelle gives this confectionery a sweetness and its perfectly characteristic taste.
