Rose flavoured caramel
Caramel is among the oldest sweets. It probably appeared in the 7th century when the Arabs invaded Persia and discovered the sugar cane crops.
The recipe of our soft caramels respect the purest French tradition: butter, cream and milk stirred over low heat. Covered with real dried rose petals, they have a delicate aroma and the ingredients used are of high quality and 100% French origin.
Ingredients: Caramel: glucose syrup, French cane sugar, whole milk, churned butter (Charentes-Poitou PDO) 9%, invert sugar, sorbitol, natural rose flavouring. Filling: rose petals 0.4%. No GMOs
